Once opened, keep in a salty water brine ( make the brine with a rough ratio of 500g water to 1 tbsp of salt). Keep refrigerated below 5C and consume within 3 days after opening. If you freeze your Melty Mozza do not refreeze after thawed, best eaten melted once defrosted.
