One of our ultimate favourites ..this product, was simply a happy accident..
We'd been making pickles with carrots for a while, and also using LOTS of carrots in other products in our shop, and we kept heading home at the end of the week, with all our frozen peels (on a constant mission to be zero waste) ready to make carrot soup to last us days!
So, in true 'arty style we decided to do something better with it, and raise up this humble veggie to new heights... et voila!
