Hey ‘arty family,

Here at the’artyvegan we love to support small businesses that have integrity behind their vision. We had the pleasure of crossing paths with pastry chef turned Kimchi maker, Cindy Robert 5 months ago, & we fell in love with her and her Kimchi. After wolfing down plates of our delicious Tofu with her Vegan Kimchi, we’ve finally concluded that to not share these completely delicious pairings with you would be an extremely sad state of affairs!

So, without further ado we are happy to present you our most recent collaboration “THE’ARTYVEGAN MEETS KOREAN PANTRY“... get scrolling, eating and we’ll see you on the other side!

A bit about Cindy:

After extensively travelling in South Korea and learning the art of Kimchi from expert chefs and Korean mums years ago, Cindy came back to London with the wish to share all that expertise and knowledge. Whether it’s from eating her artisan Kimchi, or coming to one of her cooking classes, she'll introduce you to the secrets of authentic Korean food.

About our Kimchi : fruit of 15 years of experimentation, naturally fermented without any preservatives or additives, The Korean Pantry Vegan Kimchi is unpasteurised, packed full of probiotics, prebiotics and vitamins to support your gut health, improve digestion, and boost your immune system. It's made using  vegetables sourced locally, most of them grown in the UK, less than 50 miles from our London kitchen.
